DREAM - DOK ANCHAN, LAVENDER + PEPPERMINT

Dream is a lovely mixture of Dok Anchan, Lavender, and peppermint.  

A few years ago, we pulled together 'Dream'.   A cool customer, GM at a boutique Italian restaurant, wanted a Mediterranean inspired tisane along with a single origin tea menu.  The addition of lavender was inspired by Provence; a bright PNW mint was added as a tribute to the fragrant tea enjoyed in North Africa.  

Our micro-farmed Dok Anchan is blue like the Mediterranean, and with lime, it becomes pink like a sunset.

The tisane became a smash hit (thanks Casa Tua!), and one of our favourite ingredients for kombucha.

Instructions:

- 3g of tea in 240ml of boiling water

- 2 minute steep

- Brews 3-4 steeps
