This tea is one of our most unique discoveries of the past few months! Thanks to an introduction from our friend, Haruka Hori, we found a juicy green tea with glorious notes of cherry blossoms.
Pair this tea with mochi or butter cookies. You'll be happy that you did.
Origin: Asamiya, Shiga, Japan | 34.9ºN 136.0ºE
Grower: Reiko San's micro-farm is very unique. She is the single care-taker of this beautiful piece of land.
Cultivar: Koshun (香駿) is originally from Shizuoka. It is known for being very fragrant. However, we have never encountered the cherry blossom aroma that Reiko San managed to express in this particular tea.
