• Tsuji K's S-21 matcha (20g). Freshly milled tea from an award winning tea maker in Japan's most traditional tea origin (Uji).
• Re-fillable, airtight Japanese tin. This Japanese re-usable container will keep your matcha fresh.
• Engraved Shin Chasen (Tea Whisk):  we had a few of these chasen made earlier this year and we LOVE them.  They create stunning froth on your tea with little effort.
• Chashaku: this is the bamboo scoop that we use to measure the right amount of tea for your bowl.
• Glass Pouring Chawan:  this glass bowl is ideal to learn how to whisk matcha.  The surface is gentle on your chasen; transparent glass enables you to spot any imperfections in your tea (e.g. tea clumps), allowing you to work on them.  It also enables you to serve your matcha on shot glasses, small cups or (if you decide) over milk to make a cortado or latte.
• Matcha Sifter:  it's incredible how the quality of your matcha improves when you sift the powder before whisking.
